AVK-ONE, whose contact details are listed at the bottom of this page, collects personal data through its website under the following contexts and conditions:

1. Personal data is collected through the contact form, such as name and email address, for the purposes indicated and under the conditions described in the respective forms. To ensure the proper functioning of these forms, AVK-ONE uses a session cookie consisting of a randomly generated identification number, which is deleted at the end of the session when the user closes their browser.

2. In compliance with the legal obligation to ensure the security of information systems, as provided for in Article 32(1) of the GDPR, AVK-ONE processes personal data based on Article 6(1)(c) of the same regulation. It collects the following data from visitors to its website: date and time of access, IP address (Internet Protocol), type of browser used by the visitor, and the pages accessed. This data is retained for a maximum period of 90 days. The personal data collected is not subject to any further analysis beyond what is referred to in point 4, unless security incidents occur, in which case the data may be analysed and reported to the competent authorities.

3. AVK-ONE also processes information collected without any connection to data that may identify the visitor, such as the number of visitors, pages accessed, etc.

In accordance with the GDPR, data subjects may exercise their rights of access, rectification, objection, restriction, and erasure of personal data concerning them.
