The AVK-ONE Group was born from a strategic vision to consolidate specialised companies in the audiovisual sector, uniting experience, innovation, and operational excellence. Its growth has been driven by a continuous process of acquisitions and integration of market-leading brands.

It all began in 2010 with the founding of AVK, which quickly became a leader in providing audiovisual solutions for large-scale events in Portugal. The growth trajectory gained new momentum with the acquisition of Eurologistix in 2010 and Servicepack in 2015, culminating in the merger of these companies in 2017 to create EuroService. Simultaneously, the international presence was strengthened in 2015 with the founding of Global Setup in Galicia, enabling a broader reach in the Spanish market. More recently, in March 2025, Pixel Light joined the group, consolidating its strategy of expansion and diversification.

Today, the AVK-ONE Group brings together the know-how of four companies – AVK, EuroService, Global Setup, and, more recently, Pixel Light – offering audiovisual solutions for events of any scale. The addition of Pixel Light adds a strategic dimension in television and entertainment, reinforcing the group’s commitment to innovation, quality, and client satisfaction.
